We met at an Arthur Murray Dance Studio. Although everyone was told in the orientation that we were there only to learn how to dance, we could not follow the rules! The first time Chuck and I danced together I felt my heart pound and my hands sweat. When he held me and guided me around the dance floor I felt different than with anyone else. None of my other dance partners affected me that way. By the end of the second dance lesson I knew that I wanted to see him again despite the rules. He felt the same way because as we walked out together he asked if I wanted to go for a cup of coffee. We talked until the coffee shop until it closed and made a date for the weekend. From then on it was clear that there was something special between us.
